This is a very difficult story about how it works. Till now i understand like this: When you have a battery we think there is only energy when you put for example a light bulb on the battery. But according to this story, the elektrons still move in the wires even when switched off, so there still is energy. Only the net value we can see is zero, so we dont see the energy. The trick is to catch this..
