No Wedding Unless Enemies and Lovers

 Xiao Yi Mo took Ji Ling Xue back to the prince's residence, it was already dark, waving Xiao Yi Mo bye, Ji Ling Xue walked quickly under the street lights holding her skirt, a pair of black boots stopped around the corner, as she walked past she was grabbed by the waist.

Ji Yu Qing slowly folded the paper, a sinister look in her eyes,  Ji Ling Xue, be happy for a few days then I'll personally send you to hell.

 

 

Before the spy left they had said: “That person said, imperial concubine you better act quickly, don't make him wait too long.”

 

Ji Ling Xue opened the door and walked out, she headed towards the kitchen.

Ji Yu Qing's lips twitched, her mood was good tonight, she won't argue with Ji Ling Xue. 

 

“What snacks is older sister planning to make, make me some too.” As she spoke she stuck her face towards the pot.

 

Ji Ling Xue nodded, “OK, if younger sister isn't afraid of getting fat then eat more.”

 

Ji Yu Qing snorted, turned and left.

 

Mo Xiang said: “Princess, imperial concubine is treating us like servants?” Her manner made her feel out of sorts.

 

Ji Ling Xue shook her head not paying attention, she was thinking more about Ji Yu Qing's smile tonight.

 

Ji Ling Xue made pumpkin pastries, she brought the steaming pumpkin pastries to Xiao Yi Chen, Xiao Yi Chen gloomy mood finally seem to improve a little, there's been a thief inside the prince's residence all along, using all methods to prevent thieves but a thief in the household was hard to guard against making Xiao Yi Chen feel frustrated, he had already disposed of a group of people, it seems he needed to dispose of some more.

 

Ji Ling Xue said: “The assassin who set the fire hasn't been caught?”

 

There were so many secret guards in the residence, how could no one have seen.

 

Xiao Yi Chen said: “They appeared again when the secret guards were changing shifts, the arsonist is very good at picking a time to hide themselves.”

 

Ji Ling Xue gave an oh, “It sounds like, the thief is maybe a part of the secret guards.”

 

Xiao Yi Chen nodded, saying to Ji Ling Xue, “Go rest first, I still have some stuff to deal with here.”

 

Ji Ling Xue nodded, going to the kitchen to bring some pumpkin pastries to Ji Yu Qing, Ji Yu Qing looked at the pumpkin pastries in the food container Ji Ling Xue had brought along, she said: “Older sister, such greasy pumpkin pastries, my digestion isn't good, I'm afraid I will have diarrhoea if I ate them, you should take them back and it them yourself.”

 

Ji Ling Xue nodded, sitting in front of Ji Yu Qing she ate the pumpkin pastries one mouthful at a time.

 

Ji Yu Qing curled her lips in distain: “Older sister, how did the fire at the prince's study start, just now there was a lot of smoke, it blew into my room, I had fallen asleep already but woke up choking on smoke.”
