Chapter 398 – Restrain!

What I did with the time Kalin gave me is very simple.

First, I took a 『Restrain』 scroll, and fixed it to a tip of the black curse cloth without Zwei noticing.

The black curse cloth is elastic, and seems to change shape on its own to suit my convenience.

And so, fixating it was easy.

Then I moved the scroll with the black curse cloth attached underground, using a hole Kalin made.

I sent more 『Restrain』 scrolls from below the floor to stretch the black curse cloth to the whole floor.

At this point, the black curse cloth on my back and underground were only connected by a thread.

And so, I approached Zwei while pretending to approach the plate.
Just close enough to not be suspicious, and put my plan into action.

The 『Restrain』 scrolls push through the floor and the entire room, Zwei included, is wrapped in black curse cloth.

Zwei uses both hands to snap its fingers, but that sound is absorbed by the black curse cloth, and nothing happens.

Zwei looks perplexed.

This time, to the 『Restrain』 cloth with the black curse cloth attached I snuck below Zwei.

Should I make the black curse cloth squeeze it harder? It might snap if I increase its power suddenly.

I see Zwei’s hand through gaps in the black curse cloth’s ribbons, and it has a round lump of light inside.
