Angela met Darticus that evening. The mood was somber between the two of them. Also Klick was present with them that evening, so there was nothing to be cheery about. ”Let us kill them ” said Klick. Why wait ! he said as he went around the both of them rapidly. They both stood there not willing to talk back to him. Reasoning with him would be no good for either of them. ” So there they stood ” as he lamented, and moaned and cursed. I have never liked their kind, he said to them. He turned to Darticus particularly and spoke ”What good is that dragon of yours? ”. Klick was going out of control, as his temper slowly increased. ” I never liked you the day from the day we met ” he said and snared at him. Stop that ! said Angela. He is a fool, said Klick. He went closer to Darticus and spoke something that only the both of them could hear. The next thing that Klick knew was that he was on the ground. Alguran stomped him and left him on the ground unable to move. ”The next time you will not live ” warned Alguran not moving his feet from the chest of Klick.

Klick was brought back to his senses. He apologized profusely to Darticus. ” It got the better of me again ” he said to the king. You can remove the feet, said Darticus to Alguran. Alguran moved his feet and Klick got up. Who is this ? he asked them about Alguran. Iam death, said Alguran and he looked deep into the eyes of Klick ”To you ” he said. Klick looked into his eyes back for a second or two and then stepped away from any further misfortune! First we need to devise a plan, said Angela. We need to find out their strengths and more importantly their weakness. We need to know where we can attack them from, which points we need to target first, she said. Darticus nodded in agreement. Johinir joined them. They all greeted him. ” From what I hear ” their army grows stronger by every passing day. So does ours, replied Angela. ” But we are more hurt than they are ”. Our men have just bled, said Johinir. Another war in such a short time would be very hard for the men, said Johinir. You are right Johinir, said Darticus.

Darticus darted towards the table which had the mountains designed to scale. I go with the Dragon and breathe fire around all their exits except one. So there they come running out through the fire. And when they come out from that exit, we have men by the dozen to kill them. They could have spaceships with them! said Johinir. That could take the dragons out of the equation, agreed Angela. Will they have guns? asked Klick. They could, replied Johinir. So if the dragon is out of the equation, then we have to rely on our men, said Darticus. Rightly so, said Johinir. And even though we outnumbner them ten for every one of them, we could have a very tough battle ahead. Will we win? asked Darticus. We should by a small margin, said Johinir. The battle would prove to be too costly he said , he looked at the king. The kingdom will not remain the same thereafter. After all we have just fought the greatest battle in over a century , just now, he said. Let us meet tomorrow again, said Darticus to the group. They all agreed and dispersed.

After everyone had left. Angela decided it was time to speak ” Why don we have your wife poison her father ” she said to him privately. You would think that she would agree to that. There is a better chance that we are both dead than that happening, he replied. Angela was not surprised with the answer. What gives them this courage? wondered Angela. These people roamed around the mountains with not so much of footsteps that could trace back their homes. ”They tremored even if we had a look at them ”. This is something I cannot understand, said Angela. ” Archimedes ” replied Darticus. What ? asked Angela. They have Archimedes, he replied to her. Archimedes! she said to herself. I have not heard the name, she said to him. Yet ! he simply said to her. She was perplexed as they went to have dinner. Hana was there waiting for them. She did not like that Angela was there during dinner. She hid her contempt under her smile. Hello! she said to Angela. Hello, replied Angela. Shall we have dinner? Hana asked her. Angela nodded and was about to sit down. Klick barged in the room and immediately sat down. Im famished he said and looked for his food. Everybody laughed. ” For once he is useful ” uttered Darticus to himself. Everyone sat down for their dinner…..
