Chapter 22: Find Qingqing first

Bai Tiantian’s brains had the rare female lead halo so she turned around and asked the soldier: “Can you take her too?”
The soldier looked at Bai Qingqing and sized her up with obvious intentions.
Both girls had different styles, if Bai Tiantian was the sweet and cute type, Bai Qingqing was fresh and charming and men indeed appreciated women like her.

A high-level of the base had taken a liking to Bai Tiantian during the auction and purchased her.
Unfortunately, there had been an incident afterward and the soldier had needed to come to get her from jail in person.
If Bai Qingqing wanted to come along… there may be some more benefits.
“Wait.” The man negotiated with the prison’s guards and soon took Bai Qingqing away, before driving the two girls to Area A in an SUV.

Bai Tiantian had just been put on sale at the auction and she was finally meeting with one of her acquaintances.
Looking at Bai Qingqing, she instantly relaxed.
She grabbed her hand and whispered: “Do you know where they are taking us?”
Bai Qingqing closed her eyes and faintly answered: “Area A, you were bought.”
Bai Tiantian’s face turned pale and she asked in horror: “Then what should we do?”
Although she was kind-hearted and compassionate, she was not a fool who knew nothing of the world.
She had seen many women in rags backstage of the auction house and from the few conversations she had, she knew women that were bought were to become sex slaves.
She was still a virgin, she didn’t want to be defiled at all!

“Let’s run away!” She cried quietly.
Bai Qingqing glanced at her, thinking in her heart that one more time, everything was happening because she had been lost.
She decided that while she was doing her system’s mission, she should also try to change Bai Tiantian and help her grow up and break from her excessive innocence and kindness.
If she stopped caring for absolutely anyone, she would cause less trouble for the team.
“How can we escape?” She stared at the troops patrolling everywhere, “Did you see them? They will kill us in seconds.”
Bai Tiantian bit her lips, partly because of guilt: “The captain and the others will come to rescue us, won’t they?”
Every time she had an accident, the men of the team would appear to save her like gods.
This time too, they would definitely come!
Bai Qingqing pursued her lips and stayed silent; the car was not the best place to have this discussion.

In a narrow single bedroom, a tall man was lying on the bed.
His cold face was pale, his thin lips had lost his blood and he looked seriously injured at first glance.
Fu Chen sat on the stool while Liang Zhiyu checked Cheng Rui’s wound.
Shen Mingxuan was leaning against the wall and Xiao Yang stood beside him, his handsome face solemn.

Shen Mingxuan, Xiao Yang, and Liang Zhiyu had gone to the auction house to look for Bai Tiantian.
They had sneaked backstage but hadn’t found her and when they had come out, they had encountered this unexpected scene.
They all fought ordinary zombies as they kept looking for her and cleaned up the surroundings before leaving the chaos behind.
Fu Chen and Cheng Rui had not been so lucky and they had faced the mutated zombies.
Both of Fu Chen’s abilities were of level 4 and after finishing his own battle, he had gone looking for Cheng Rui and Bai Qingqing.
The man had been injured, lying next to a pillar unconscious, and because of the army, he had only been able to take his teammate out of the auction house.
This time, the team had really suffered; it was the first time one of their members had gotten so seriously injured.

Fu Chen looked gloomy and said: “Those mutated zombies were all being controlled.
Most likely by mutated plants.”
Liang Zhiyu bandaged Cheng Rui’s wound: “We must leave Wucheng within three days.”
There were hundreds of thousands of survivors in the city.
While the mutant species in the auction house had been eliminated, they could not guarantee there weren’t more already inside.
And once it erupted, the entire city would fall.

But before they could leave Wucheng, they needed to find the two sisters.
All of the team’s materials and supplies were in their portable spaces, they had to get them back no matter how difficult the situation was.
Fu Chen glanced at Cheng Rui.
“When will he wake up?”
“Tomorrow at the earliest.” Liang Zhiyu answered.
Xiao Yang looked anxious: “Brother Fu, why didn’t you leave Sister Qingqing here? Why did you take her to the auction?”
“Perhaps she just wanted to join the fun.” Shen Mingxuan said coldly.

Bai Qingqing was a burden.
Not only they needed to find Bai Tiantian but now she had gotten herself in trouble too.
Xiao Yang lowered his head: “It’s not like Qingqing knew this kind of incident would happen.”
“Bai Tiantian was auctioned off, she should not be in danger for the time being.
Let’s investigate Qingqing’s whereabouts first.” Fu Chen ordered coldly.
Shen Mingxuan’s handsome facial features darkened: “What if Bai Tiantian is in danger?”
“I said let’s find Qingqing first.” Fu Chen stared at him.
“Shen Mingxuan.” Liang Zhiyu opened his mouth, “Listen to the captain’s order, he has never wronged us.”

As the team was making a decision, Bai Qingqing and Bai Tiantian were taken to a villa in Area A.
The SUV drove directly in and the two of them were pulled off the car once it stopped, before they were taken upstairs and locked in a room.
Bai Qingqing opened the curtains to look outside.
Soldiers with guns were patrolling the ground and their expressionless faces looked particularly fierce.
Unless they were to get all killed in an explosion, it would be too difficult for the two girls to escape.
Bai Tiantian wiped her tears anxiously, not knowing what to do, and Bai Qingqing tried to see the glass half full; it was better to stay there than in jail, like a lamb waiting for the slaughter. 

Not long after, the door of their room was pushed open and a middle-aged man in fancy Chinese clothes walked in.
When he saw the two women, he was taken aback for a moment.
The soldier who had opened the door for him immediately leaned forward to whisper a few words in his ear and the man smiled and looked at them with unkind eyes.
“You, boy.” He patted the soldier on his shoulder with an obscene smile on his face, “I will reward you when I’ve had enough fun.”
Bai Tiantian bit her lip and hid behind Bai Qingqing.

The man introduced himself: “I am your owner and you will be my women in the future.”
“Shameless!” Bai Tiantian couldn’t help but curse.

The man’s expression changed immediately and he strode towards her, stretching out his hand to drag her in front of him.
He stared at her in anger and said: “Little girl, I don’t think you understand just yet.
Saying you are now my woman is just giving you face.” He threw her to the ground, “You are just something that I bought.
If you are obedient, you may be able to play for a few more days.”
He then nastily added: “Women I get tired of playing with only end up in one place.
They are thrown to Area B to please the soldiers.”
Bai Tiantian was scared silly and tears burst from her eyes.
Bai Qingqing, who was standing on the sidelines, remained silent just like an invisible person.
The man was angry with Bai Tiantian’s stubborn and unyielding appearance and left the room.

When the door slammed shut, Bai Tiantian got up on her trembling legs and looked at Bai Qingqing with blame.
“How can you watch me get bullied?”
Bai Qingqing sat down on the bed and stared at her with a cold expression: “What else? Should I intervene and get beaten just like you?”
Bai Tiantian was full of grievances and she ran to the side to cry.

Perhaps because the two of them had just been brought out of the dirty prison, the man did not come to enjoy the beauties right away.
They were locked in the room and given a piece of bread and some water once a day.
The blond woman in a maid outfit who came to deliver the items had a kind-hearted look and told them to obey their master; only if they did so they would get food and if they offended him, they would get punished.
The worst thing she told them was that they would be thrown into orgies and women with poor physical fitness would be killed on the spot.
They also learned from the maid that the owner of the villa was called Zhang Zhong.
He was the younger brother of the leader of Wucheng and his ability was ranked level 3.

After being locked up for two days, Bai Qingqing and Bai Tiantian were forced to change into revealing clothes and to go out to work.
The villa was brightly lit at night and many people were gathered in the living room.
The men were drinking to their hearts’ content, their shirts open wide, and scantily clad women were serving them.

The two girls were directed downstairs and as they reached the room, the men inside immediately whistled.

“Brother Zhang, where did you find this new toy?”
A man was staring at Bai Qingqing’s legs with the look of a predator, almost drooling, and said with an evil smile: “Brother Zhang, when you’re bored, give me this one.”
Bai Qingqing had no idea whether the Thunder Squad would arrive in time or not, but if they didn’t show up tonight, she and Bai Tiantian would both suffer in the hands of these corrupt men.

Zhang Zhong frowned and cursed at the two girls: “Bitch! What are you doing? Hurry up and serve me!”
The two slowly walked into the room and looked at the sinister men.
Zhang Zhong pointed to Bai Tiantian: “You, come here and pour me wine.”
Bai Tiantian didn’t want to get closer and refused Zhang Zhong in front of his brothers.
He stood up and slapped her face, which instantly swelled.
“Aaaah!” Bai Tiantian cried.
Zhang Zhong pulled her arm and shouted: “Don’t be shameless!”
The others laughed and made various obscene jokes.
One of them grabbed Bai Qingqing’s arm and asked: “Brother Zhang, give me this one to play.”
The stench of alcohol reached Bai Qingqing’s nose and she frowned.
As she was about to resist, a rumbling sound came from the door.
Several people panicked, got up anxiously to check the situation and Zhang Zhong yelled: “What happened?”

The door was blasted open and along the smoke appeared a group of men.
Zhang Zhong’s face darkened.
“Who the hell are you?”
Bai Tiantian saw who it was and instinctively shouted: “Captain!”
Fu Chen stared at the hand holding Bai Qingqing with a glacial face.
The man who had grabbed her let out a violent cry, dead before he could even touch the ground.
Bai Tiantian realized that except for Shen Mingxuan, no one was looking at her.
Fu Chen, Xiao Yang, and Liang Zhiyu all stared at Bai Qingqing, trying to see whether she had been hurt or not.
Once more, a bitter feeling spread in Bai Tiantian’s heart and she suddenly felt very wronged and sad.
