Amos discovered a weak spot in the stone wall using the scanning function of the System.

Turning Stone Into Mud—Concealment!

Using the scan function, Amos bypassed the various enchantments in the city walls, passed through the stone wall that had turned into the mud to cover up the interior of the Gray Dwarf city.

He found himself inside a stone house, which was simply furnished with only a bed, a stone table, and a wooden box.

Turn Mud Into Stone—Concealment!

After roughly restoring the stone wall to its original state, Amos examined the room, the bed, and the stone table that was covered with a layer of dust.
It was not thick; it seemed they did not abandon it for more than half a year.

There was nothing to gain from the stone table and the bed, but the dragon's treasure hunting instinct told him that there was gold in the wooden box.

He opened the wooden box.

At the top of the box was a pile of clothes.
After rummaging through the box, he found a small bag of gold and dairy at the bottom of the box.

Chewing on his newly gained gold, Amos opened a thick diary.
Finding that it recorded the daily life of a Gray Dwarf soldier, he directly proceeded to the last page, where he found the information he was looking for.

The diary reads as follows.

The Dark Furnace Castle was over, and the companions one by one were controlled by the Evil-eyed Tyrant and turned into our enemies.
I don't know whether I am still me after today.
May Durga bless us.

Amos finally figured out what he was about to face and searched his mind for information about the Evil-Eyed tyrant.

This scary monster usually lived deep in the ground, with a large dark red eye, surrounded by long slender tentacles, and a small eye attached to the ends of each tentacle.

The Evil Eye clan was skilled in using spiritual magic and was naturally endowed with the ability to float.
As a legendary evolution, the Evil Eye Tyrant's main eye also carried cruel magic called Disintegration Ray.

Unlike the cracking series of spells that must be touched to take effect, the Disintegration Ray was a long-range attack that could break down most of the material, which was why the Evil Eye was called a tyrant.

Except for the eyes, the only organs in the tyrant's body was  a big mouth full of sharp teeth.
It was an omnivorous creature, preferring meat.

The invisible white dragon pushed open the door and came to the empty street outside the stone house and carefully surveyed the Gray Dwarf City.
He was surprised to find that the Gray Dwarfs had hollowed out the entire mountain and carved out the magnificent city on the hard rock.

In the city stood huge square stone columns topped by domes.
Rows of neatly arranged stone houses of the same size were excavated on all sides of the stone pillars, with simple and practical stone steps as passages for the up and down.

Amos concluded ‌the city was ancient and had a glorious history.

After admiring the dwarves' brilliant achievements, Amos flapped his wings and flew into the sky toward the city center.

A few moments later, he found his target, the magnificent fortress at the center of the Stonehenge, a fortress-shaped dwarven castle.

The castle's walls were only five meters high, not exactly tall, but it's moat was enough to make all landraces despair because it was filled with boiling lava, not water.

The crazy Gray Dwarf architect hollowed out the rocks around the castle until the lava gushed out from the ground, turning the castle into an isolated island floating in the magma ocean.

The lava was 300 meters high from the ground, and in the middle, a dense chain as thick as adult-waist was connected to the surrounding stone walls and secured the castle's foundation.
Four huge iron cable bridges served as the connection to the castle's gateway to the outside world.

The Grey Dwarf was unlucky enough to meet an Evil-Eyed Tyrant who could ignore the terrain and play infernal tricks.
If it were the Drow elves, the two legends would not necessarily be able to defeat this majestic fortress.

Amos found the rows of iron railing windows under the castle foundation, and he had an idea in his mind.

Silent Enchantment—Concealment!

He spread his wings and glided down through the bars, he saw the inside, sure enough, the Gray Dwarf prisoners were being held inside.

He landed on a strong chain of iron that held the foundation.

The Gray Dwarf Madoran Graybeard recalled the experience of these six months as if it was a lifetime ago.
He was a middle-rank warrior and junior sergeant in the Iron Guard of the Dark furnace Castle.
He originally had a happy family.

Oh, Mina! My beloved wife, I miss you so much, your thick bucket waist, your thick beard, and that sensual nose-hair.
If it were not for the teachings of His Majesty Durga, who forbade me to break myself off like a coward, I would have come to you long ago.But it's all right, and soon we'll see each other again, in the eternal land of Durga.

Thinking of his beautiful wife, Madoran felt full of energy again and continued to polish his spoon on the stone wall.

He had never felt so relaxed since he had followed Prince Soris, and the last defenders of Dark Furnace Castle, to defeat the invasion of the Evil-Eyed Tyrant and failed.

The last of their resistance, betrayed by the traitor, fell to the Evil-Eyed Tyrant.
They vowed to avenge them and eat them one by one.

The Evil-Eyed Tyrant had molded Prince Soris and hung him in the middle of the hall so that he could see for himself how his people became food for the tyrant's mouth.

The next-door Lord had been taken away, and today it was finally his turn.

Madoran nodded in satisfaction at the sharpened spoon in his hand.

The brave Madoran would not die like a lamb to be slaughtered! I'm going to die, and I must die on the road of charging!

Although he knew ‌it was impossible for him to hurt that terrible monster, but this did not stop his beautiful fantasy, fantasizing that he and the monster would die together, and enter the kingdom of God as a hero, hugging his beautiful wife, the warm applause, the waving of flower petals, and the sweet ale.

Madoran licked his dry lips.
At this moment, a sudden voice interrupted the Gray Dwarf's beautiful fantasy.

“Do you want to survive?”

Madoran sprang up from the ground.

“Huh? Who? Who is talking?”

After a while, the Gray Dwarf loosened his body, sat back, laughed at himself, and muttered: “Could it be that the brave Madoran has hallucinations?”

“Do you want to survive?”

This time, Madoran was sure that it was not an illusion.
He quickly suppressed the excitement in his heart, forced himself to calm down, and lowered his voice.

“Who are you? Where are you? What are you going to do?”

“That isn't important.
You just need to know that I can help you take revenge.”

Hearing that mysterious voice that could help him avenge, Madoran's heart immediately burned with that unforgettable hatred …

The Gray Dwarf gritted his teeth: “As long as you can help me get revenge, even if the price is my soul, I will not hesitate.”

“I don't need your soul.
I just need you to listen to me.”
